Chris and Courtney were married on a WARM summer’s day, a rare event in this summer’s consistent coolness. But these two didn’t seem to mind a bit as they only had eyes for each other, as is made so clear in their sweet “together” images below. My job was made so easy by the candid emotions of pure joy at seeing one another for the first time down the aisle and the strong family ties that make weddings the completely unique and one of a kind events they are. And this is why I love my job. EVERY wedding is 100% different from the week before. Even if the venue were the same week after week, I don’t think any two weddings would ever feel alike due to the couples, and I’m so thankful for the weddings we’ve had this year and the love that we’ve been privileged enough to capture – so a sidenote thanks to all couples and a back on track thank you to Chris and Courtney.
Their lovely and vibrant reception was held at Five Points in Washington.
We thank you both for allowing us to be a part of your gorgeous day and wish you the very best as you begin your life together!

Beautiful.

The sweetest “down the aisle” series ever…

The groomsmen finally found the “missing” wedding bands

Love these colors!

How adorable are they?

Favorite image….made possible thanks to this stunning couple.

Courtney had beautiful centerpieces – I thought these were so unique and somehow reminiscent of the rose in Beauty and the Beast…one of my favorite childhood movies.

After a touching speech….

All the girls were a bit teared up.

This couple is definitely loved by their friends and family – as evidenced by the HUGE crowd at the cake cutting table. I love when guests get excited about things like this!

Gorgeous! I love the color scheme!
OMG, Kathleen!! I openend this up at school so 3 other teachers were looking at this with me and they all said any one of those pictures could be out of a magazine. They are AMAZING! Just WOW!!! I can’t wait for the rest!
HOLY CRAP these are phenomenal!! I LOVE the coloring, the sun, just about everything about these. The one with the couple sitting in the field needs to be a canvas, a BIG one..
