This wedding was absolutely darling….from the tiny little chapel in Groveland to the bulldog in a suit, it was just precious. Brandy’s waterfall dress was so wonderful and unique and came in handy when hopping over puddles! Yes, it did pour rain the full two hours I was there, but I think it made it all rather peaceful, charming and romantic :)

Terry and Ashley were blessed with an amazing January day – it got up to 50-something degrees!! Of course that also meant mud, but Ashley was down for anything – even a little tree climbing, to get the shot. Love that! So happy to have been a part of this day, we could have have asked for a sweeter couple and it was an absolutely perfect start to our 2013 season!

Every year during this “season of calm”, I try to go back through all of the images captured throughout the year and compile a selection of my very favorites to keep the blog happy. This year I’ve got about 10 posts to keep it from being one long post of 250 pictures :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful, relaxing and reflective new years day. Yes technically it’s just another day, but something about it is always so refreshing and, well, new!!

It was absolutely FREEZING this day, really one of the coldest of the season, but Kirsten was such a doll and put on my boots and though she was probably about to turn into a bridesicle, she was darling and so cheerful the whole time – 10 gold stars for her! Though Adam did a good job of keeping her all snuggled up and as cozy as you can be when it’s 30 degrees out ;)
